Who is the call for projects aimed at? What is the objective?

Real estate players are invited to imagine a mixed-use, zero-carbon, sustainable and resilient project under the theme "Quartier des proximités".

Form multidisciplinary teams to imagine and design ambitious projects on this 45,000 square meter site. The aim of the call for projects is to sell the land to the winner to carry out his or her project.
