Details of the paid internship project:

This is an 8-week paid internship aimed at developing skills for consultant jobs.

• Trainee's salary reimbursed at 50% for the employer
• No paperwork
• A trainer intervenes 5 hours a week to train your employee during his or her working hours - (this can be done remotely on Zoom)

Conditions for offering an internship :

• Trainees must have little or no in-store sales experience
• 8-week internship (min. 15 hours/week)
• Employee/trainee salary must be between $16.10 and $25.00 per hour
• Maximum reimbursement of 300 hours (an average of 37.5 hours/week for the 8 weeks)

How to propose a candidate?

• Ask Objectif emploi to refer candidates to you,
• Choose a trainee recruited through your own recruitment system
• Choose an employee already recruited, if the date of recruitment is less than 30 days from the project start date.
