Support the transmission of knowledge within the company, and offer your experienced employees the opportunity to become company trainers (compagnons).

Hosted by the Centre sectoriel de la main d'oeuvre en textiles (CSMO Textiles), this training program focuses on knowledge transmission and skills recognition, and offers a range of resources to help your experienced employees or trainers:

• Determine an apprentice's initial skills and learning needs.
• Plan and organize the implementation of a learning plan.
• Pass on their practical knowledge and know-how to an apprentice.
• Support apprentices in their practice and monitor their progress.
• Evaluate an apprentice's mastery of skills in the practice of their trade.
• Interact in the workplace

Workshop details :

• Date: December 11 and 12, 2025
• Time/duration: 16 hours of training over 2 days (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
• Cost* ** : member: $250 + taxes (per participant) / non-member: $500 + taxes (per participant)
• Location: 4388 rue St-Denis, #200, Montreal, QC, H2J2L1

*Salary reimbursed: $40/hr.

**Salary reimbursement: 50%.
